I reserve the right to change any or all of these terms at any time without notice. RETURNS

CANCELLATIONS

I will only accept cancellations for a full refund if your order has yet to be processed. Once the proofing process has begun, any cancellation will incur a design and admin fee of 50% of the order value, resulting in a partial refund. 

Once your order is confirmed we cannot change or cancel any aspects. Please carefully check your order details before completing payment.

FAULTY ITEMS 

If you receive a faulty item, please contact me and I’ll work with you to resolve this.

ERRORS

If there is a mistake on your order that wasn't picked up in the proofing stages - and you have received it - there is a 50% reprint charge, and may incur an additional $8-$19 charge for shipping.

Once your order has been proofed, approved by you and printed, no changes can be made without additional charges. If you spot a mistake that is through no fault of Sweet Petite, there will be charges payable before the amendments and reprinting will be done. The charge depends on a few factors, size of artwork and length of time required to adjust the work.

All images on this website and across our social media are either created or photographed by myself, or they come from a range of customers, influencers and/or photographers from whom we have gained express permission to use their images.

Images from this website and our social media accounts must have written permission and credit Sweet Petite. We reserve the right to deny permission at any time without explanation.

While all due care is taken to represent our products as accurately as possible, there may be times beyond our control where there are discrepancies. For example, your monitor could have different settings to mine, and then Aunt Mabel’s down the street is different again. If you have received a product you believe to be faulty, please use the contact form on this site, or email sweetpetitenz@gmail.com and I’ll be in touch to discuss a resolution.

PRICING

All our pricing is in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and we reserve the right to change pricing or items on offer without notice. Taxes are included in our pricing. Sweet Petite is not currently GST registered and therefore cannot charge GST on our products. If you're shopping from America or Australia, you can change the currency at the top of the website.

VOUCHERS

Our vouchers do not apply to shipping - any remaining balance will be on the voucher code for you to use next time you shop with us. There are no additional processing fees. 

PRINTABLES

Due to the nature of these, there will be no refunds under any circumstances. Copyright and files remain the property of Sweet Petite. You are not permitted to sell or share the files, and they are for personal use only. For a commercial license, please get in touch.
