Yes of course! Most of the drawings I do are made this way. If you have any questions about your images please contact me.

If you only have low resolution images of some members of your portrait please contact me to see if I can work with them.

Within the listing of each Custom Portrait, you have the ability to upload photos which we will receive once your order has been paid for. 

If it is possible for you to do so, please upload these at the time you order your custom portrait illustration. My lead time can vary from a few days to four weeks depending on my workload at the time, and I get confused easily - this is my way of keeping your order all together and not mixed up with anyone else's.

You'll receive a watermarked digital proof of your custom drawing once I have drawn your family/friends. The length of time varies from the time you place your order until you receive your proof because I receive an overwhelming level of support at certain times of the year. Generally, I work within a four week turnaround but at busier times such as Mother's Day, Father's Day and Christmas it can be up to six weeks. It's just me behind the scenes, so I appreciate your patience.

Depending on the option you choose when you place your order for a personalised portrait, you will either receive a digital JPEG file or a physical printed copy. Digital files can be printed up to A1 in size (594 x 841mm.) 

Yes, you'll have the opportunity to make any changes* once you receive your proof. I offer up to two rounds of revisions on small edits - this could include colour changes, adjusting part of someone's body (like removing glasses or altering a hand.)

Additional changes beyond the two complimentary revisions, or larger edits may be charged based on the time spent on these. Larger edits include the likes of redrawing a person. The decision of small or large edits are at my discretion and this depends on how long the requested edit will take. Please ask me if you'd like an estimate.

At the end of the day, I want to create a keepsake for you that you're happy with so I will work with you to achieve a treasured piece. 

* This only applies to customised Bespoke Portrait, Peg Family, Minimalist Portraits and Memorial Portrait illustrations and prints. This is not relevant for pre-drawn illustrations. If you are unsure please check with me prior to ordering.

Unfortunately not. No logos, recognisable characters nor famous people will be recreated due to copyright laws.
